How important is teamwork at HGZ?
Success always requires a strong "we". And many of our projects demand close collaboration between different departments and specialist areas. That's why a strong team culture has always been a matter of course for us – we foster open communication and respectful exchange to find the best solutions for our customers together.
Do you also offer flexible working models?
We always have an open ear for the individual wishes of our employees. This includes enabling flexible working models wherever the role allows. Interested in home-office options, flexible hours or part-time arrangements? We're happy to talk it through and find out together what's possible!
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are generally Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:00 and Friday 07:00–15:00. Thanks to our good planning and structure, overtime or weekend work is extremely rare. When it does occur, we always strive to compensate accordingly.
How do you onboard new employees?
Our onboarding is clearly structured so you settle in smoothly and quickly feel part of the HGZ team. New employees are always paired with an experienced colleague who acts as a mentor. In the first weeks you'll get to know all the key processes, our products and our customers – step by step.
What career advancement opportunities exist at HGZ?

What training and development opportunities do you offer?
We place great importance on the continuous development of our employees. That's why we offer regular training and workshops – covering both technical skills and soft skills. We also actively support participation in external further education and professional certifications.
How does the application process work?
Our application process is intentionally streamlined to make it as easy as possible for you. You can apply without a cover letter or CV directly via WhatsApp, e-mail or our application form. We review every application carefully and get back to you quickly.
What qualifications do I need to apply with you?
For most positions you should have a completed apprenticeship in plumbing, heating or HVAC technology. Depending on the role, additional qualifications such as a master craftsman's certificate or specialist certifications can be an advantage. Of course we are also happy to hear from motivated career changers!
