WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
As a Project Technician at HGZ, you are the heart of our construction sites. You bring not only technical know-how but also the ability to work in a dynamic team and respond flexibly to challenges. Your qualifications and soft skills are decisive for the successful execution of our projects.
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC Systems Mechanic or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the HVAC sector (1–2 years)
- Class B driving licence is an advantage
- Good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are a plus
- Knowledge of currently recognised technical standards (including DIN standards, installation guidelines, regulations covering plumbing, heating, sound insulation, fire protection, etc.)

YOUR ROLE / YOUR DAY AT HGZ
As a Project Technician at HGZ, you are active on construction sites every day, ensuring our projects run smoothly. You are responsible for the professional execution of installation and assembly work and for documenting construction progress. Your role is decisive for project success and the satisfaction of our customers.
- Carrying out installation and assembly work in plumbing, heating and HVAC
- Documenting construction progress and reporting to the project manager
- Assisting with the preparation of measurement records, performance documentation and material orders
- Coordinating and checking material deliveries
- Collaboration with the project manager and briefing of specialist and temporary workers
