Deployment fees
Our deployment fee is due for every assignment and includes:
- Order management
- The first work session (15 minutes)
- Arrival & departure (up to 10 km)
- Disposal of small materials
Work units (billing rates)
Service & emergency service assignments are billed in work units (AE) per commenced AE. One work unit is equal to 15 minutes.
The work units apply to working, preparation, follow-up and waiting times.
Service technician
- Installation, repair & troubleshooting of heating systems & components
- Installation & repair of sanitary systems such as pipes, faucets, washbasins, etc.
- From a distance of 10 km (starting from our company headquarters), the additional travel time required is counted as working time.
- Different billing rates may apply for products provided on site. Our service team will be happy to provide you with further information.
