HVAC Project Manager (m/w/d)

As an HVAC Project Manager at HGZ, you are the strategic mind behind our construction projects. You acquire new projects and ensure their successful planning and execution. Your extensive project management experience and ability to lead teams are crucial to the success and growth of our company.

• Completed vocational training or degree in the HVAC field or a related discipline
• At least 7–10 years of professional experience, including several years in a leadership and project management role
• Class B driving licence required
• Business-fluent German; good English skills required
• Knowledge of currently recognised technical standards (including DIN standards, installation guidelines, regulations covering plumbing, heating, sound insulation, fire protection, occupational health and safety legislation, VOB, building codes, etc.)

In your role as HVAC Project Manager at HGZ, you work both on projects and in the office, making a significant contribution to project success and quality of execution. You acquire new projects, prepare them and support project managers with their organisational tasks. You organise and monitor construction progress and communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders. Your responsibilities also include workforce planning and project billing.

• Acquisition and preparation of quotations for new projects

• Preparation and review of measurement records, variation orders and performance documentation
