WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
As an HVAC Customer Service Technician at HGZ, you are the face of our company at our customers' premises. You bring technical expertise and strong service orientation, ensuring our customers are in the best possible hands at all times.
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC Systems Mechanic or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Class B driving licence required
- Good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills

YOUR ROLE / YOUR DAY AT HGZ
As an HVAC Customer Service Technician at HGZ, you are the daily link between our company and our customers. You carry out maintenance, repairs and installations at customers' premises and ensure their systems always function perfectly. You document your work thoroughly and communicate transparently with customers about the condition of their systems and any recommended measures.
- Carrying out maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems at customers' premises
- Diagnosing and repairing faults and defects
- Installing new components and systems
- Advising customers on maintenance needs and potential upgrades
- Documenting all work carried out
