HVAC Senior Fitter (m/w/d)

As an HVAC Senior Fitter at HGZ, you take responsibility for leading and coordinating construction projects. You are an experienced technician who convinces both technically and organisationally. Your ability to lead teams and master complex challenges is decisive for the success of our projects.

• Completed vocational training as an HVAC Systems Mechanic or comparable qualification
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Class B driving licence required
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of currently recognised technical standards (including DIN standards, installation guidelines, regulations covering plumbing, heating, sound insulation, fire protection, etc.)

In your role as HVAC Senior Fitter at HGZ, you work primarily on projects and construction sites, where you make a significant contribution to project success and quality of execution. You lead and coordinate up to two projects simultaneously and actively support project technicians with installation and assembly work. You organise and document project progress, prepare measurement records and performance documentation, and are in constant contact with the project manager.

• Preparation and documentation of measurement records, variation orders and performance documentation
• Monitoring project progress and project success
• Communication with clients, planners and building owners
• Use of project management software for digital task processing
