About the Award & Evaluation

To create a fair basis for evaluation, 7 main criteria with 131 sub-criteria were developed for the objective assessment of participating companies. The final evaluation is carried out by an internal team at German Customer Awards based on these criteria. To receive the award, a company must achieve a minimum of 6.90 out of 10 possible points.
