We Belong to the ‘Excellence of the Trades’

We are one of the best craft businesses in Germany and were honoured with the Excellence Award of the Trades as part of Mission Strong Craftsmanship.

The award was subject to strict selection criteria, including quality of work, spirit of innovation, and contribution to the reputation of the trades sector. That is why we are especially proud of this recognition.

The Jury says

HGZ Gebäudetechnik has boldly broken free from traditional patterns and outdated structures, finding its own path in rapidly changing markets. In doing so, they respond to the multitude of technical innovations requiring high levels of expertise, as well as the urgent shortage of young talent and skilled workers. Through this realignment, combined with a clear specialisation and corporate positioning, HGZ Gebäudetechnik sets a future role model and contributes to modernising the image and standing of the trades in Germany.

The jury was also particularly impressed by the excellent company management, the outstanding quality of our work, and the way we deal with customers who today expect sustainable and technologically innovative services. Through modern approaches to customer acquisition, we are opening up new target groups and, as a pioneer in the industry, bridging the gap between craft tradition and innovation.

All of this can only be achieved with motivated and committed employees, which is why the award belongs above all to the daily work and passion of all our employees.

In addition to the award, we — together with all other recipients — are also part of the book “Excellence des Handwerks” (Excellence of the Trades), published by Bourdon Verlag.

We are delighted and very proud that our commitment — to elevate the trades to a new level and make them attractive again — is being seen and recognised.
